Booking a Veterinary Physiotherapy appointment

We can be contacted by email, messenger, text or call to discuss your pets condition, requirements and how we might be able to help. Contact details can be found on the contact us page

Step 2 - Fill out sections 1 & 2 of the referral form  

Veterinary permission must be gained before any physio treatment. In order to gain this you need to fill out the top 2 sections of the referral form (link to the referral form at the bottom of the page)

Step 3- vet permission 

Your vet will complete the rest of the form and give permission for physio if appropriate. We can organise this for you, or you can take the form to the vets if you prefer. 

Step 4 - arrange a suitable initial appointment 

Once vet permission has been gained an appointment can be organised. We have a range of appointments to suit most schedules.
